The State Street Landing in Marblehead, MA
(Google 75 Front St. Marblehead)

Parking: There are about 20 parking spots in the lot right at State St. The signs say “Two Hour Parking”, but it is not enforced, so if you find a spot there, grab it. If those spots are all full, you could simply hover for a few minutes, and it is likely that one will open up.  If that doesn’t work, there are numerous on-street spots in the area, you just need to pull a Derek Zoolander, and keep turning left … due to all the one-way streets :-)

Bathrooms: In the State St. parking lot, there is a small red brick building that has restrooms.

Food: There are several options for food in close proximity to State St.

Crosby's Market is about 200 yards away. They have a wide selection of groceries, drinks, sandwiches and prepared foods. To get there, walk back up State St, pass The Sail Loft, and take a left into Crosby's parking lot.

For restaurants, The Driftwood (the red clapboard building on one side of the State St. parking lot) is a great breakfast/lunch joint. The Sail Loft, and The Landing are both right there. A cool place, overlooking the water, is The Barnacle, which is about 1/2 mi down Front St, towards Ft. Sewall.

Tuck’s Point Dock in Manchester, MA

Parking: Pick-up and drop-off at Tuck’s Point is no problem. Parking, however, is technically for Manchester residents only. Summer weekends they may have an attendant to enforce this. Not sure how it goes mid-week.

Bathrooms: There is a nice bath house at Tuck’s with bathroom and showers.

Food: There are no food options at Tuck’s Point, however there are numerous markets/restaurants in downtown Manchester. Best to provision before heading into Tuck’s.
